After a SYNC demonstration, customers are three times more likely to consider a

Ford product. Technology makes a difference because it’s so personal and important to people.


MyFord Touch is completely customizable, because we know people will use the

system in different ways. There are a lot of features. Most drivers aren’t going to use

all of them, but there’s something here for everybody to use.


The game-changing feature for us is Wi-Fi. When the car is parked you can connect

directly to a Wi-Fi hot spot, or you can plug in a USB modem and make the car

a mobile hot spot that you can share with your passengers. Wi-Fi offers unlimited

possibilities.


The team is phenomenal. You can tell from the product that’s involved. Every

one of these engineers is technically brilliant, and they’re also great people to

work with. The organization is really open, and we work really well together.
